I am about one third through this book and I have found it rich in content. I have already picked up some useful ideas. It is a must read for anyone in the athletic development field. The editors have done a great job of bringing together some of the best applied sport scientists in the world to provide the current science behind what we do day to day as coaches. My only criticism is the title; I wished they had not used strength & conditioning in the title. I am very biased toward athletic development because it more completely describes the evolution of the field. (That’s my hang up and bias). Without a doubt, this is a great addition to my library.
